Mandatory Property Disclosure Form

In accordance with the Property Practitioners Act, 2019 came into force on 1 February this year, every estate agent must obtain a property disclosure form from the seller/lessor before accepting a mandate to sell or lease a property.

Private Sales

If you are considering a private sale, the seller is not obliged to provide the buyer with a mandatory disclosure form, but we nevertheless recommend you a disclosure form to your Sale Agreement, as it protects both the buyer and the seller in case of disputes.
